All Stone and Tile

Terrible experience and customer service, excluding the one polite and competent desk worker, Andrea. My girlfriend ordered two sets of tile last year in May, and was told it’d come in two weeks and they’d call her. Three weeks went by so my girlfriend called them, they said they’d call her back after looking into it. More time goes by, no one calls her so she calls them, and is told the same thing. Eventually I call them and speak with a different person than my girlfriend did, Andrea, who was good at her job. She said she had no idea why no one had called us, or where our order was. She called me back the next day and let me know the tile broke in shipment, and it was sent back to the manufacturer. The manufacturer did not automatically send a new shipment, and All Stone and Tile didn’t contact them at any point before this to inquire where it was. Once she figured this out, she put a new order in. When my girlfriend went to pickup the order, she asked where the second, smaller order of mosaic tile was. Oh, apparently that line is no longer being made, and was not being made when she paid and ordered it, and at no point did they tell her this, or refund her, until she asked why i

Our experience with All Stone and Tile was exceptional. We did a light renovation of our kitchen including new countertops and replacement of the tile backsplash. We walked into the showroom and were immediately greeted by the excellent sales team who kindly offered help, gave us samples and were highly knowledgeable of the products. Through the process, our salesperson Cindi was always available by phone or email - incredibly responsive. The installation team was superb. The person who did the template for the new counters and additional light carpentry to prepare the kitchen for the new counters and backsplash was a perfectionist. The installation team demolished and installed the new counters in a few hours and everything fits and looks perfect. What is exceptional about All Stone and Tile is that the highest level of service and expertise extends throughout the entire company. We could not be more pleased, and we highly recommend this local, extraordinary company, and their friendly, expert team.

All Stone and Tile was an absolutely amazing partner in our renovation. From start to finish, Cindi provided impeccable customer service, and guided us through the selection, preparation and installation for a complete kitchen remodel, including cabinets, counters and tile flooring, as well as two full bathroom renovations with complete tile replacements. Very high quality materials and a very high quality team that made things happen for us in an expedited timeframe. I'll only work with them moving forward and couldn't be happier with the results!!

I’m so glad I worked with All Stone and Tile. I like supporting local resources and people who can offer quality and personal attention. The folks at All Stone were professional, came to my house quickly for a really helpful in-house consultation, recommended an excellent contractor, and advised me on a choice of tile and sizes to replace a bathtub and bathroom floor. The whole job was done quickly, artistically, and the result was absolutely stunning. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

My wife and I had new quartz counter tops installed by All Stone and Tile last May and were extremely pleased with both the process and the results. They were very helpful and informative, with an extensive showroom, in our decision making. they acted promptly and made sure we approved of the quartz before fabrication. Randy's laser measurements were extremely accurate and, with Dan and his helpers' work, the final result exceeded our expectations in every detail. They went out of their way to provide good service, including some weekend work. We recommend All Stone and Tile without hesitation.
